This Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consultancy qualification has been developed by the CMI in cooperation with the Institute for Consulting (IC) and is designed for both practising and aspiring Professional Consultants. The course is designed to develop the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a consultancy role and covers essential topics such as:
You must have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications.
Ideally, you will also have a CMI Level 3 Diploma or similar qualifications at level 3.
However, if you are a mature applicant (over 21 years) your work experience (paid and/or unpaid) may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications.
On this Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consultancy, you will study six units:
Whilst on the course, you will be given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support you throughout the qualification and later as you progress in your career.

End Date: 15th May 2024
This CMI online evening course takes place every Wednesday from 6-9 PM.
This qualification is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,500-4,000 words.
Progression opportunities include moving on to CMI qualifications at the next level, for example, CMI Level 6 qualifications in Professional Management and Leadership Practice or CMI Level 7 qualifications in Professional Consulting or Strategic Management and Leadership.
