Award: Entry level – offers a short, concise understanding – takes 1-3 months to complete
Certificate: Intermediate level – covers a broader base of knowledge – takes 3-6 months
Diploma: Advanced level – provides a comprehensive depth of learning – takes 6-12 months

APP – Apprenticeship
All Level 3 and 5 CMI courses are free for anyone aged 19 or over and living in the West Midlands Combined Authority.
