If you already have some team management/leadership experience or if you plan to become a team manager/ leader in the future, then this CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership - Online Evening Course may be ideal for you. The course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to manage and lead effectively, enabling you to develop (or sharpen) your professional edge and enhance your personal effectiveness.
You must have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications.
However, if you are a mature applicant (over 21 years) your work experience (paid and/or unpaid) may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications.
Whilst on the Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership course, you will be given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support you throughout the qualification and later as you progress in your career.
The course is delivered fully online with ‘real-time’ interactive classes taking place on Tuesdays from 6–9 pm, using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Online, on-demand learning materials are available 24/7 and are accessible by both PCs and mobile devices.
Each unit is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,000-2,500 words.
Progression opportunities include moving on to CMI qualifications at the next level, for example the CMI Level 5 Certificate/Diploma in; Management and Leadership.
