We provide a structured training programme for those in employment who wish to develop their career prospects and skills. We work hand-in-hand with employers to recruit apprentices seeking an apprenticeship placement in customer services.

We also provide Traineeships to support you further in securing an apprenticeship. This course provides essential work preparation training plus English, Maths and work experience.

On completion of your customer service apprenticeship, you will have gained the confidence, practical skills, and abilities to provide exceptional customer service and excel in the workplace. Options available to you are:

  • Complete level 3 apprenticeship and continue with your employer (providing they offer you a job) – this is a great option as you will know how this business runs and other employers
  • Find alternative work at a different employer
  • Progress on to higher education (apprenticeship or university)
