The course will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to manage projects successfully and overcome problems and challenges during the project management process. During the course you will plan and manage a genuine workplace project.

How much does the course cost?

The total fee for this course (including registration and certification) is £300. HOWEVER, if you live within ‘West Midlands Combined Authority’ region, you may be eligible to a FREE place on this course subject to certain terms and conditions.  

Course requirements

You must have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications. You will also have a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Management and Leadership or similar Business or Management qualification at level 3 or above.

You will study one unit:-

 

· Managing Projects to Achieve Results

 

Whilst on the course, you will be given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support you throughout the qualification and later as you progress in their career.

 

When does the course start and end?

Start Date: 3rd May 2024

End Date: 7th June 2024

The unit is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,500-4,000 words.

On successful completion of this course, you can progress to the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management or the CMI Level 5 Certificate/Diploma in Management and Leadership. Upon achievement of the Level 5 Diploma, you may be eligible to apply for full membership (MCMI) or even Chartered Membership of the CMI (CMgr).
