I’ve changed my mind. Is it ok to change the course/A Levels I’ve applied for?
Yes, of course. We want you to be happy studying the subjects you enjoy. Just let us know you’ve changed your mind.
Can I bring my parents to my interview?
No problem. We welcome parents, guardians and carers to come in and see us, take a tour of the facilities and ask those all-important questions.
I want to get an in-year admission to the College. How should I go about it?
The best thing to do is come along to one of our next open days and the staff can advise you.

When do I get my free bus pass?
We will distribute passes during the first week of each term. If you are under 18 please bring your photocard (we will tell you how to get this during enrolment). If you are over 18 please bring two passport photos.
What is the number to call if I am ill?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call one of the attendance officers on 0121 667 5028. You can also report absence on the Sandwell College app.
When will I get the money in my e-purse?
You can check with Welfare on 0121 667 5073 or go to the Hub in the main campus, 3rd floor.
Do I have to pay for my course if I am over 18?
This depends on your individual circumstances, but if you are between 19 and 23 your course will usually be free. Please email email@example.com or call 0121 667 5073 for more details.
Do you have any ESOL Adult courses starting soon?
Yes, we have courses for adults starting at different times throughout the year. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What documents do I need to bring to enrol for ESOL?
Please bring your passport and proof of any benefits you receive.
