Prospective students should be aware, prior to accepting any place offered, that the College’s education provision is subject to the written terms and conditions of the contract. These conditions include industrial action or other circumstances preventing or interfering with the provision of service, or causing the College to alter or rearrange any of the services offered.
The College also reserves the right to withdraw any advertised class if insufficient numbers of students enrol, and to close any class if low numbers make it no longer viable.
