Adult Courses at Sandwell College

Our courses are designed to improve job prospects and help you towards work or university.

If you are aged 19 – 24 and looking for your first full Level 2 or your first Level 3 qualification, or you are in receipt of a state benefit and are actively seeking work, you will not usually have to pay for tuition fees. Some courses are ‘full-cost’ and these full-cost courses must be paid for by all students; fees vary. To find out more, telephone 0800 622006.

To see if the course you’re interested in is free, simply contact our friendly advisors or come along to one of our open days. Our award-winning team can find the right course for you and advise on funding and career paths.

If you’re aged 24 or over, and starting a course on or after 1 August 2019, you may qualify for a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan. With no up-front fees to pay, you won’t have anything to pay back either until your annual income is over £21,000 a year.
