The ability to coach and mentor others is fast becoming a sought-after workplace skill; as employers are increasingly expecting line managers to develop the skills, knowledge and performance of their teams using coaching and mentoring skills and techniques. This Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring is an ideal course for anyone who has line management experience, works in the field of human resources, or has aspirations to become a manager or work in human resources in the future.
To apply for this CMI Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring course, you must have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications.
However, if you are a mature applicant (over 21 years) your work experience (paid and/or unpaid) may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications.

Each unit is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,000-2,500 words.
