If you want to gain experience relevant to the real world of work and learn the practical and essential vocational skills required for success in your Uniformed Public Services Career then this is the course for you! Regardless of if you aspire to be part of the Emergency Services, Military, Border Force, Prison and Probation Service or even aspire to work in Law or Criminology, we can support you through the range of units you complete.
You’ll need GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4.
The NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma involves studying units which are applicable to all careers - regardless of if you aspire to be part of the Emergency Services, Military, Border Force, Prison and Probation Service or even aspire to work in Law or Criminology. The course will enable you to work with public services professionals on a regular basis throughout your course, allowing you to develop the personal qualities, knowledge, and range of skills appropriate to the public services sector you want to work in.

Once you have successfully completed this level 3 course, you can apply for university in fields including Criminology and Policing. Alternatively, you can apply to enter the career of your choice such as the Emergency Services, Military, Prison and Probation Service and Border Force to name a few.
