Not Got The GCSE Results You Wanted? We’ve Got You Covered

Were you disappointed with your GCSE results and now you’re not sure what to do next?

Did you know we have a GCSE resit programme which allows you to resit your GCSE English and Maths and Functional Skills even while you are studying your main subject qualification?

Sandwell College achieved an impressive increase in GCSE pass rates this year, with over 700 grades at 4+ in English and Maths across its family of colleges, bucking the national trend of declining results.

To put these achievements in context, the borough of Sandwell made the list of the top 10 worst areas for GCSE English and Maths results, where school pupils struggle to get top grades. Over two-thirds of children in these areas failed to achieve a grade 5 or above, and in Sandwell, only 35% of pupils achieved grade 5 or above in 2022/23.

Sandwell College’s success at turning futures around opens new doors for students, enhancing their academic prospects and career opportunities, despite all the odds!

So come in, enrol and talk to us! Information on times and dates of enrolment is here: enrol.sandwell.ac.uk
