From health and safety training to business management upskilling, we’re bound to have a course to suit you, so you can afford to stay ahead of the competition and keep your staff up to date.

Placements are totally flexible so you could offer a block placement or one day per week if that suits better. You can task a student with a specific role or responsibility within your business, or give them a variety of different tasks in a supportive role, depending on your own specific needs. The college will make sure the placement runs smoothly by preparing the student with the skills needed to be successful, and acting as a conduit between you and the student.

You’ll be provided with financial support for things like additional insurance costs and resources such as work clothing or desk space – up to the value of £750. You’ll have access to a fully funded talent pool of employees, reducing recruitment costs and employing your workforce cost-effectively.
