This course is aimed at people who need to re-qualify before their existing First Aid at Work certificate runs out.
A valid First Aid at Work certificate.
This is a two-day course, which runs from 9am till 5pm each day, at Central Campus, or off site. Course content includes priorities of first aid; unconsciousness and recovery position; CPR; control of bleeding; treatment of shock; heart attack; injuries at work; illness recognition; reporting accidents; and first aid kits.
The cost of this course includes a first aid manual. Courses are available for groups of up to 12 people.
There will be a multiple choice assessment paper and a practical assessment at the end of the course.
