This course equips learners with the foundations for effective management and leadership practice at middle/senior management level, including how to successfully manage people on a day-to-day basis. This enables the learners to develop or sharpen their professional edge and enhance their personal effectiveness in the workplace.
This course is for adult learners who are practising or aspiring middle or senior managers and leaders. Learners on these courses are usually employed and work in a variety of management and leadership roles across a range of organisations in the private, public and third sectors.
Unemployed learners with appropriate prior work experience and/or qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Course cost:
£600 in total. However, this course is fully funded for WMCA residents who fit the minimum entry criteria.
Course delivery:
The course is delivered fully online with ‘real-time’ interactive classes taking place on Tuesdays 6 – 9 pm, using the Zoom video conferencing platform.
The course duration is 12 Weeks (one, three-hour evening class a week).
Online, on-demand learning materials are available 24/7 and are accessible by both PCs and mobile devices.
All learners are given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support them throughout the qualification and later as they progress in their career.
