We’re proud to celebrate our Student Governor and Student Union President Hasmik on successfully completing the AoC Student Leadership in FE Programme 2026.
Delivered by the Association of Colleges (AoC) and the National Association for Managers of Student Services (NAMSS), this programme equips emerging leaders with essential skills in communication, influencing, collaboration and confidence building – empowering them to reach their full potential.
This tailored training plays a vital role in shaping the student experience. Student leaders like Hasmik take on responsibilities that include representing their peers, engaging with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and presenting student perspectives to senior leaders.
