You’ll learn how to create professional digital documents, use online platforms effectively, manage digital information and communicate confidently online. This course builds essential digital skills required by employers, training providers and modern workplaces. Whether you’re returning to learning, preparing for a new job or looking to progress into Level 2 Digital, this course provides a solid foundation for future success.

You’ll develop practical digital skills including:

  • Creating and formatting documents for work
  • Using spreadsheets for simple tasks
  • Communicating using email and online platforms
  • Managing files and digital information
  • Using online services confidently and safely
