This practical four-week course helps you build confidence using online tools, websites and digital platforms for everyday life.
From completing online forms to accessing public services, managing accounts, and finding reliable information, Developing Online Digital Skills gives you the knowledge needed to navigate the digital world safely and independently. Whether you’re new to using the internet or want to broaden your skills, this course helps you progress step-by-step.

Who is this course for?

This course is ideal for adults aged 19+ who want to:

  • Improve digital confidence using online services
  • Complete everyday forms and applications
  • Find and evaluate information safely
  • Build independence managing accounts online
  • Prepare for higher-level digital courses
