Adult learners who are practising or aspiring middle or senior managers and leaders. Learners on these courses are usually employed and work in a variety of management and leadership roles across a range of organisations in the private, public and third sectors.
Unemployed learners with appropriate prior work experience and/or qualifications are also welcome to apply.
This course equips learners with the foundations for effective management and leadership practice at middle/senior management level, including how to successfully manage people on a day-to-day basis. This enables the learners to develop or sharpen their professional edge and enhance their personal effectiveness in the workplace.
Course cost:
£2,100 in total However, this course is fully funded for WMCA residents who fit the minimum entry criteria.
Course delivery:
The course is delivered fully online with ‘real-time’ interactive classes taking place on Tuesdays 6 – 9 pm, using the Zoom video conferencing platform.
Online, on-demand learning materials are available 24/7 and are accessible by both PCs and mobile devices.
All learners are given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support them throughout the qualification and later as they progress in their career.
