Build the essential digital skills needed for everyday life, work and future study with this 15-week Entry Level 3 course.
This programme introduces key computer and online skills, helping you use digital tools confidently and independently. You’ll learn how to create simple documents, manage online accounts, navigate websites safely and complete everyday digital tasks. Whether you want to progress into Level 1 Digital, improve your employability or simply feel more confident using technology, this course gives you a strong foundation.

Who is this course for?

Adults aged 19+ who want to:

  • Build essential digital skills for life and work
  • Gain confidence using online tools and applications
  • Progress to Level 1 Digital skills
  • Develop independence managing digital tasks
  • Improve employability or prepare for further learning

No prior digital qualifications required.

  • You must be aged 19+
  • No prior digital qualifications required.

Across 15 sessions, you will develop fundamental digital skills, including:

  • Using devices safely and effectively
  • Creating basic digital documents
  • Using email and online communication tools
  • Managing and organising digital files
  • Completing simple online tasks and accessing digital services

You will learn through hands-on practice using real digital tools and examples.
