Shaping The Next Generation of Public Services Women at Sandwell College

Empowering future public service leaders for International Women’s Day: at Sandwell College, we’re proud to shape the next generation of police officers, firefighters, RAF personnel, and military medics.

This week, our CEO & Principal, Lisa Capper MBE, was a guest speaker at the West Midland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association event at HMS Forward Royal Naval Reserve Centre. She highlighted the ambitions of our current female Public Services students – driven, ambitious, and ready to serve.

Through specialist training, hands-on experience, and access to industry role models, we’re equipping them with the skills, confidence, and connections to succeed.

From aspiring police officers and future RAF firefighters to army medics with university ambitions, their dedication is inspiring.

We’re breaking barriers, building futures, and backing women in public services.
