Zakaria studied at Sandwell College doing Business Studies and was ‘Business Student of the Year’ twice. He recently came back to talk to our students about his journey.
Zakaria continued his studies at Aston Business School, earning a BSc in Accounting & Finance and securing the Aston University Achievement Scholarship in his first year.
Determined to broaden his experience, he completed a year-long internship in the Netherlands, before landing his current role as a Global Mobility Tax Associate at Vialto Partners.
Reflecting on his journey, Zakaria says:
“I had the pleasure of meeting some of the best lecturers as well as making great friends. My experiences at Sandwell College have taught me a lot, and I’ve carried those lessons into university and employment.”
