This Level 4 NCFE Diploma in Adult Care qualification is aimed at learners aged 19+, and will support the development of staff in a number of job roles in the adult care sector. It will support learners to develop specialist knowledge and skills in their area of responsibility and enable learners to promote a values-based culture within their setting.
As part of the Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care, you’ll study at our Midland Metropolitan Learning Campus, located alongside Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. You’ll train in a real healthcare environment using industry-standard facilities that mirror modern clinical settings, helping you develop the advanced knowledge, leadership skills, and professional confidence needed to progress within the adult care sector.
