Often Line Managers and Human Resource Management (HRM) staff within organisations are responsible for delivering coaching interventions, so these courses are ideal if you already have some line management or HRM experience or if you plan to become a manager or work in HRM in the future.
This course is designed to introduce individuals to the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to become professional coaches (both within organisations and/or as external contractors)
