At the next GET CONNECTED IN SANDWELL breakfast networking event we will be offering businesses across the West Midlands an opportunity to boost their productivity with a new initiative ‘Fuller Working Lives’.
This initiative aims to help businesses and their employees aged over 50 overcome skills shortages with Skills Gap Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Mid-Life Career Review.
There will be a Q&A session with guest speakers Prospects Project Manager Julie Keen and National Careers Employer Engagement Manager Ranjit Sohal.
