Our first ever annual hair and beauty competition will be professionally judged in college on Monday 13th January 2020.
Judges from the National Hairdressers Federation will be joining us on the day. Head Judge Mark Corey has kindly supported Hairdressing lecturer Dawn Humphries with the event set up.
Dawn, who has organised students’ involvement in all external competitions with the NHF for the past 18 years, said: “We have had good results in previous years, and now that the competitions are part of the curriculum for some courses, we decided to hold an internal competition. We look forward to seeing you all there.”
The hairdressing competition will start at 10am in the Atrium. Beauty competitions will take place in the salons.
Results will be announced in the Atrium by 5pm.
