The ability to coach and mentor others is fast becoming a sought-after workplace skill; as employers are increasingly expecting line managers to develop the skills, knowledge and performance of their teams using coaching and mentoring skills and techniques. This CMI Level 3 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring is ideal for anyone who has line management experience, works in the field of human resources or has aspirations to become a manager or work in human resources in the future.
You must have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications.
However, if you are a mature applicant (over 21 years) your work experience (paid and/or unpaid) may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications.

The total fee for this course (including registration and certification) is £1,9800.

Each unit in this Level 3 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,000-2,500 words.
This CMI evening course is delivered in person on Tuesday 6-9 pm, at Bennett's Hill in Birmingham. Online, on-demand learning materials are available 24/7 and are accessible by both PCs and mobile devices.
On successful completion of this Level 3 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, progression opportunities include moving on to CMI qualifications at the next level, for example, the CMI Level 5 Certificate/Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
