
If you already manage projects within your job role or are likely to manage projects in the future or aspire to have a career in project management, then a CMI Level 3 Certificate in Project Management course may be ideal for you. The course will introduce you to; the nature and context of projects, individual roles and responsibilities within projects and the project management process.
You must have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent qualifications.
However, if you are a mature applicant (over 21 years) your work experience (paid and/or unpaid) may be taken into account in lieu of formal qualifications.
You will study one unit-
· Introduction to Project Management
Whilst on the course, you will be given FREE professional membership of the CMI, which includes access to a range of CMI products and services to support you throughout the qualification and later as you progress in their career.
The total fee for this course (including registration and certification) is £300.
HOWEVER, if you live within ‘West Midlands Combined Authority’ region, you may be eligible to a FREE place on this course subject to certain terms and conditions.

The course is assessed by one written assignment of approximately 2,000-2,500 words.
The course is delivered fully online with ‘real-time’ interactive classes taking place on Tuesdays 9.30am – 3pm, using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Online, on-demand learning materials are available 24/7 and are accessible by both PCs and mobile devices.
Progression opportunities include completing a Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in the Principles of Management and Leadership or and/or moving on to the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management.
