Hairdressing students proved they were a cut above the competition in the Central England Championships.
Level 2 student Anjumben Virani finished third in the Trainee Blow Dry competition while Level 2 hair and media student Amy Meleham took third place with her Red Carpet creation in the National Hairdressers’ Federation awards at Birmingham City Council House.
Earlier this year Amy and Anjumben also won gold and bronze medals at the Blackpool Winter Gardens in the national NHF awards.
